We are about 4,000 nursing home workers at 27 care facilities in four counties of Western New York. We provide bedside care and services to residents living in area nursing homes. Most of our union contracts are set to expire April 30, 2025. We hope to negotiate contracts that set the standard for nursing home workers in Western New York. We believe that a standard set of wages and benefits will help to recruit and retain workers to provide care for some of the most vulnerable residents in our community.
